The Albany Port District Commission (APDC) invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal and statement of qualifications for masonry services to provide concrete exterior wall repair and resurfacing services to the APDC. A contract will be awarded on a "best value" basis. The APDC places great emphasis on the experience, skill-set, and long-term viability of the vendor. **SDVOB ONLY opportunity**
